Please read our booking, payment and travel conditions before confirming your Nusa Lembongan, Ceningan or Nusa Penida tour.
Important Information About Your Reservation
Nusa Lembongan Tour organizes island tours and activities across Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Penida.
By making a reservation with us, guests are considered to have read and accepted the following booking, payment and travel conditions.
Reservation & Payment Terms
Please complete your reservation and payment arrangements before your scheduled tour date.
- Reservations and down payments should be completed no later than three days before the scheduled arrival date.
- A 30% down payment is required to confirm the reservation.
- Your booking will be confirmed by email or WhatsApp after payment has been received and verified.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins.
- Payment methods and payment details will be provided during the booking confirmation process.
- Payments may be accepted in Indonesian Rupiah, US Dollars or Euros, subject to confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- Payments that have already been made may be non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
- Changes or cancellations should be communicated as early as possible.
- Tours may need to be adjusted, delayed or rescheduled due to weather, sea conditions, boat schedules or other operational conditions.
During Your Tour
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, health, travel documents and personal travel arrangements.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost, damaged or left behind during the tour.
Travel Insurance
We recommend that guests arrange suitable personal travel insurance before joining the tour.
Tour Schedule
Tour itineraries may change depending on weather, sea conditions, traffic, local conditions and transportation schedules.
Tipping
Tipping is appreciated but is not mandatory.
Package Inclusions
Included services vary between Day Tours and Overnight Tours.

Meals, drinks, transportation, entrance fees, accommodation, snorkeling equipment and other services are included only when specifically listed in the selected tour package.
